HITT is Japanese singer, songwriter, and musician. His style is similar to visual kei. HITT's characteristic is to go alone on stage. His musical style tends to mix with strong pop but it also ties into Rock and Jazz, his songs are mostly composed by piano. HITT is really a one man band with amazing music, not to mention he looks damn good for his age.
Deluhi is a Japanese visual kei band that I love to death ! I l o v e their music, their style, the vocals, the instruments, the works. I know some people aren't into the whole visual kei thing but let's just listen to the music and that'll speak for itself. Deluhi is a good band and if you haven't heard of them I highly recommend you check them out. Let's hope I can get tickets to a show, a press pass, and give everyone a great review. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and wishing for the best.

When B2K signed with Epic Records, she was signed as well. She was also the opening act for B2K on the Scream Tour 3. I must say I love, love, love, her voice !! I jumped on the Jhene fan wagon a little late, I discovered her way after B2K had split on youtube and this girl can sing !! Do I feel she gets enough recognition. . . NO ! But that's why I do artist of the day, so I can expose artist and bands that I feel deserve it.

This American girl group consisting of; Allie, Hayley, Tinashe, Marisol, and Lauren who will keep you entertained with their great vocal skills and by dancing around to contagious lyrics. And before you assume it's just another "girl group" I assure, they have a different swag. They all sing, they all dance, and they all bring a different style to the table. This girl group has got it going on and if you haven't already, check them out because you'll be stunned. . . yes, pun was most definitely intended.
I laughed so hard after watching this music video for the song "Who Is He Kissing?" by Jem & The Holograms. It's well done to have used dolls but I just can't help but laugh when they walk. Jem is truly, truly outrageous, I love it. I wish I had some Jem dolls, it would give me something to do today since I'm sick and in need of some entertainment. Haha. :3

A Japanese urban duo consisting of sisters Yoshika & Tsugumi and when I say these sisters can sing, they can sing !! I've been a fan for a while and the way they harmonize and just their whole style is mind blowing. They really have amazing voices that carry so much soul and passion. I really, really, really want to see them live because I feel they're by far one of the best singing groups from Japan that I listened to. If they made an English album they could give Beyonce a run for her money.
I give Soulhead a 4/5 stars for having such powerful voices.
I really can't get this song out of my head. It's called "Tear It Up" and I heard it and fell in love but was shocked when I heard who was singing it. I pretty sure you're all familiar with the Bad Girls Club, right? Well it's sung by Florina from Season 4 of the Bad Girls Club and it's hot. I must say I am very impressed because the song is actually good. Way to go Flo !!

Nowadays we all know beauty can be bought, but once upon a time there were a selected few that had a natural glow to them that we'll never see again. And it wasn't just their looks, they had the complete package; talent, intelligence, & were quite charming.
Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying everyone today is stupid but you'd be surprised how far nice looks can get you even if you're a complete dumb ass with no skills.
Overall, I just wanted to take the time to remember the beauty that no longer exist.

Okay. . . shoot me, I know, I know !! I am late finding this amazing guy who sings such uplifting songs that fill my heart with joy. And it's funny how things happen, I've been so stressed with college life, internships, and worrying about failing that I lost sight of all things positive. You'd be surprised how a song can be the remedy for a depressing day. No joke, discovering his music is truly a genuine find (pun intended). Now this is an artist I hope really gets the exposure he deserves, that is why I am making him AOTD (Artist of the Day) I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
A Japanese female J-Rock duo created in 2008, consisting of former Morning Musume members Hitomi Yoshizawa (Hangry) and Rika Ishikawa (Angry).
I discovered this crazy duo through my love for the group Morning Musume, which they use to be a part of but branched out into their own, and I must say they're doing a good at it. With their fierce looking hair, makeup, and style, this girl duo not only looks fierce & sings but they're also in collaboration with a Harajuku fashion store, which sells fashion designer h.Naoto's mascot kittens of the same name. The band serves to promote stuffed toys and various other products that I am dying to get my hands on !!
So if you're into crazy styles, rock music, and stuffed animals from Japan, this is the group of your dreams.

I am stressed out of my mind with school and trying to please others around me, I don't know what i am going to do !! AND on top of all that I feel like crap and can't sleep. . . grr... what do you do when you're stressed?
A Japanese rock (Jrock) band that i just happen to stumble across and while I am going through some of their band pictures and I happen to recognize some faces like;
Bassist – IKUO (BULL ZEICHEN, abingdon boys school [support])
Keyboard – 都啓一 (Keiichi Miyako) (SOPHIA)
Drums – Sakura (Lion Heads, Sons of All Pussys, ex. L’Arc~en~Ciel, ex. Zigzo)
So after I made this discovery and google around to confirm it to be true, I looked up some of their songs on youtube. I am impressed and think they're very talented and not to mention they're very nice eye candy. Let's hope that I can get a press pass to one of their shows whether it's hear in America or Japan so I can give an awesome review and take some pictures of this amazing band live. Doesn't matter if you're an old fan or a newcomer like me, just make sure you check them out because Rayflower has all the right stuff.

Erika Jayne is a singer/dancer who currently lives in LA but was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Erika first made her way into the music scene in 2007 with her electro track "Rollercoaster" which hit number one in the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play. Her 2008 follow up, "Stars," reached number one on Billboard's Hot Dance Airplay chart. "Give You Everything", "Rollercoaster" and "Stars" will be featured on her debut album Pretty Mess.
Now I've recently been introduced to her music and the first song I heard was "Pretty Mess", I must say I could play "Pretty Mess" out until that's the only words in my vocabulary. The beat is addicting, the video is well choreographed, and her outfits and accessories are fierce ! And we all know how I feel about fierceness. I would love to do her makeup and dress her for one of her events or even for her next video. I suggest if you haven't heard of her you look her up and jump on the ride because this Barbie bombshell is hot and bringing it.
I give Erika Jayne a 4/5 for hot beats, sexy lyrics, and a sex appeal that makes married women squirm in fear of getting their husbands snatched to this pretty mess.
I am so excited to write about this AOTD (Artist of the day). It's so funny how I even stumbled my way into their music scene. It all started on Twitter, when I happen to come across these two good looking lads, Chris and Brandon from Arizona who said they were in a band called Consider Me Dead. Instantly the name has caught my wandering minds attention so I google them and it takes me to their myspace page. I listen to some of their tunes and I'm thinking to myself; "this music is magically delicious." and from there I decided to follow them on Twitter and while I'm tweeting my ass off I see one of the members mention he has a formspring so I get on and ask; "How did you come up with the name Consider Me Dead?" I'm thinking he'll respond like; 'my dog died, my bird died, my hamster ran away, or some deep shit within happened but he answers; "we thought of it while we were swimming." Now if I could swim maybe I could get some better ideas to go through my mind. So not only are they a kick ass band but they get kick ass ideas while swimming.
Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope I can see this band live and truly see what they're made off.
I give Consider Me Dead a 4/5 for having music that makes me snap my fingers and makes me dance like I've never danced before.

I was going through some pictures from last year and I stumbled across one of me before I was blonde and it's a good shot of my sleeve. I love tattoos, all of my tattoos have a deep meaning and tell my story.
Audio, Audio, Audio, were art thou Audio? If you don't recognize the name Audio, let's take a walk down memory lane shall we? Remember the group B5 that was signed with Bad Boy Records a couple of years ago and they redid The Jackson 5's "All I Do"? The boys that danced on the school bus, yes, that's them. They had been off the map for a while but recently they have made a comeback rocking a new style and a new sound. Some people like it, some people don't but what else is new? I happen to like the change and feel like they needed to do their own thing. A lot of fans say they loved the "old" B5 but I rather be hated for staying true to me than to be loved for someone I'm not. But here is the question all of their fans would like to know; "are they really staying true to themselves?" My answer. . . yes. I like the new look, I like the edge, I like the electro sound, and most of all I l o v e the fact that they're becoming their own individuals.
And you can laugh all you want but I have faith in them.

Kiryu, is a singer from Japan that I actually met at a Dir En Grey concert. My cousin, Corrupted Oishii and I were heading towards the long signing line at the Gothic Theatre in Denver, CO. We had noticed him while we were outside waiting in line so finally my cousin had stopped him and we had spoke with him. He was so polite and very funny. He told us to call him; "Mister Sexy" and gave us some cards to look him up which I did and now he is artist of the day on my blog !! <3 Now I hope I can see him perform live sometime soon.

Tickle Me Pink, a rock band from Fort Collins, Colorado. They're currently signed with Wind-Up records. The band members include; Sean Kennedy (lead vocals, bass), Stefan Runstrom (drums), Joey Barba (guitar) and Steven Beck (guitar, vocals). I'm a new fan to this band but it only took one song for me to click with their sound. "Madeline" had me thinking about my life and the ones that I love and how important it is to make every second count and live life to the fullest. Speaking of living life to the fullest the bands originally bassist passed away due to a heroin overdose. It makes me proud to see bands from Colorado branch out, touch people with their lyrics and make a name for themselves. I hope to hear more from them soon in the major leagues because they have a great sound. I'd love to do their makeup and clothing for one of their music videos and a photo shoot.

It makes my skin crawl when I hear about gays and lesbians killing themselves because they're being ridiculed and teased for their sexuality. I don't understand why people are so hateful but I truly believe hate isn't born, it's taught because there is nothing wrong with being gay/lesbian. It's not like they're murders, sex offenders, they just like the same sex. And for all those people that say it's a sin against God, I know not every church goer follows the bible to a tee, some of the worst people I've ever met belong to a church, for example like the pastor's daughter, the preacher, the preachers wife, etc. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with church because I am a Christian but I KNOW God is not the hateful God he is made out to be. It does piss me off, how can a straight couple beat each other and bring each other down but a gay/lesbian couple who love each other take care of each other can't be together. . . hmm.. it's not right.
I first discovered her on myspace years ago, and had a couple of myspace comment conversations with her and not only is she talented but she is a sweet heart !! She sent me a CD with two of her songs and an autographed picture, I still have them actually, haha. I instantly started telling all my friends about her and have tried to get her songs played on the radio because I'm addicted to her songs. They're catchy, uplifting, and great to move to on the dance floor. But the one thing I love most about this artist is that she is truly humble and I wish her the best and hope she gets the exposure she deserves.

Kristen Faulconer, a singer, songwriter, from Colorado Springs, CO (my hometown) writes electro pop rock that reaches out to anyone who that has experienced joy, sorrow, and the struggles of life. I just found her on myspace yesterday and listened to a lot of her songs and "FUN" is stuck in my mind on repeat. The seductive beat and catchy lyrics will have you having fun all day and night. I am impressed with this solo artist because usually artist from CO are the plain. . . boring same ole same ole (not including 3OH!3) but this girl is a diamond in the ruff and with a little polishing she could take her career to the next level. I hope I can catch one of her gigs live this year. I'd even love to do her makeup for one of her shows or videos. <3 We'll see.

Black Veil Brides orginally known as Biersack, is an American rock band formed in 2006 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The group consist of Andrew Biersack ("Andy Six") (vocals), Ashley Purdy (bass, backing vocals), Jake Pitts (lead guitar), Jeremy Ferguson (guitar, violin) and Christian Coma (drums). They're currently signed with the record label StandBy Records. Black Veil Brides (BVB) first caught my eye when I came across a picture of Andy Sixx, with his black hair and piercing blue eyes I had to know more about this band with such a distinct look. After looking up some of their music on The Tube (Youtube) and the Spacer (Myspace) they had my vote. BVB lyrics left an impact on me even after the music stopped. I'm making this band artist of the day because these guys have what it takes to sky rocket, they just need some support and exposure. One day they'll get there and I can do the victory dance because I knew they could do it. <3

Natalia Kills is a British recording artist based in London and LA. She signed with Cherry Tree Records. And let me tell you, I have been a fan of hers for quite some time now. And if you don't recognize her as Natalia Kills maybe you'll remember her by the name Verbz. Ring any bells? I came across her music on myspace a couple of years ago and heard her catchy song "Swaggalicious" Her interesting lyrics caught my attention /How can you call it a lifestyle when you don't live your life in style?/ I fell in love instantly !! Then I came across her new song "Mirrors" which will have you chanting; "Sex, Love, Control, Vanity." I've made her artist of the day because no matter how many names she goes by she never fails to disappoint me. Let's hope we see more of her in the fresh new year of 2011.

Ai Uemura, a Japanese singer born in the US city of Los Angeles with a Japanese father and a mother who is half Japanese, half Italian. Ai was even in Janet Jackson's music video; "Go Deep". She signed with Def Jam Japan, their first female artist. Uemura-san has even done a song with Trey Songz, "Beautiful". Ai has a such a soulful voice that even if you don't speak Japanese you feel it deep within. I recommend her to anyone with a taste for beautiful music. And if you're a fan of classical music, she took Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" and it's an excellent slow song.

You'd be surprised how a song can be the remedy for a depressing day. No joke, discovering his music is truly a genuine find (pun intended). Now this is an artist I hope really gets the exposure he deserves, that is why I am making him AOTD (Artist of the Day) I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
A Japanese female J-Rock duo created in 2008, consisting of former Morning Musume members Hitomi Yoshizawa (Hangry) and Rika Ishikawa (Angry).
I discovered this crazy duo through my love for the group Morning Musume, which they use to be a part of but branched out into their own, and I must say they're doing a good at it. With their fierce looking hair, makeup, and style, this girl duo not only looks fierce & sings but they're also in collaboration with a Harajuku fashion store, which sells fashion designer h.Naoto's mascot kittens of the same name. The band serves to promote stuffed toys and various other products that I am dying to get my hands on !!
So if you're into crazy styles, rock music, and stuffed animals from Japan, this is the group of your dreams.

I am stressed out of my mind with school and trying to please others around me, I don't know what i am going to do !! AND on top of all that I feel like crap and can't sleep. . . grr... what do you do when you're stressed?
A Japanese rock (Jrock) band that i just happen to stumble across and while I am going through some of their band pictures and I happen to recognize some faces like;
Bassist – IKUO (BULL ZEICHEN, abingdon boys school [support])
Keyboard – 都啓一 (Keiichi Miyako) (SOPHIA)
Drums – Sakura (Lion Heads, Sons of All Pussys, ex. L’Arc~en~Ciel, ex. Zigzo)
So after I made this discovery and google around to confirm it to be true, I looked up some of their songs on youtube. I am impressed and think they're very talented and not to mention they're very nice eye candy. Let's hope that I can get a press pass to one of their shows whether it's hear in America or Japan so I can give an awesome review and take some pictures of this amazing band live. Doesn't matter if you're an old fan or a newcomer like me, just make sure you check them out because Rayflower has all the right stuff.
I give them a 4/5 for great style, and an excellent sound.

Erika Jayne is a singer/dancer who currently lives in LA but was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Erika first made her way into the music scene in 2007 with her electro track "Rollercoaster" which hit number one in the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play. Her 2008 follow up, "Stars," reached number one on Billboard's Hot Dance Airplay chart. "Give You Everything", "Rollercoaster" and "Stars" will be featured on her debut album Pretty Mess.
Now I've recently been introduced to her music and the first song I heard was "Pretty Mess", I must say I could play "Pretty Mess" out until that's the only words in my vocabulary. The beat is addicting, the video is well choreographed, and her outfits and accessories are fierce ! And we all know how I feel about fierceness. I would love to do her makeup and dress her for one of her events or even for her next video. I suggest if you haven't heard of her you look her up and jump on the ride because this Barbie bombshell is hot and bringing it.
I give Erika Jayne a 4/5 for hot beats, sexy lyrics, and a sex appeal that makes married women squirm in fear of getting their husbands snatched to this pretty mess.
I am so excited to write about this AOTD (Artist of the day). It's so funny how I even stumbled my way into their music scene. It all started on Twitter, when I happen to come across these two good looking lads, Chris and Brandon from Arizona who said they were in a band called Consider Me Dead. Instantly the name has caught my wandering minds attention so I google them and it takes me to their myspace page. I listen to some of their tunes and I'm thinking to myself; "this music is magically delicious." and from there I decided to follow them on Twitter and while I'm tweeting my ass off I see one of the members mention he has a formspring so I get on and ask; "How did you come up with the name Consider Me Dead?" I'm thinking he'll respond like; 'my dog died, my bird died, my hamster ran away, or some deep shit within happened but he answers; "we thought of it while we were swimming." Now if I could swim maybe I could get some better ideas to go through my mind. So not only are they a kick ass band but they get kick ass ideas while swimming.
Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope I can see this band live and truly see what they're made off.
I give Consider Me Dead a 4/5 for having music that makes me snap my fingers and makes me dance like I've never danced before.

I was going through some pictures from last year and I stumbled across one of me before I was blonde and it's a good shot of my sleeve. I love tattoos, all of my tattoos have a deep meaning and tell my story.
Audio, Audio, Audio, were art thou Audio? If you don't recognize the name Audio, let's take a walk down memory lane shall we? Remember the group B5 that was signed with Bad Boy Records a couple of years ago and they redid The Jackson 5's "All I Do"? The boys that danced on the school bus, yes, that's them. They had been off the map for a while but recently they have made a comeback rocking a new style and a new sound. Some people like it, some people don't but what else is new? I happen to like the change and feel like they needed to do their own thing. A lot of fans say they loved the "old" B5 but I rather be hated for staying true to me than to be loved for someone I'm not. But here is the question all of their fans would like to know; "are they really staying true to themselves?" My answer. . . yes. I like the new look, I like the edge, I like the electro sound, and most of all I l o v e the fact that they're becoming their own individuals.
And you can laugh all you want but I have faith in them.

Kiryu, is a singer from Japan that I actually met at a Dir En Grey concert. My cousin, Corrupted Oishii and I were heading towards the long signing line at the Gothic Theatre in Denver, CO. We had noticed him while we were outside waiting in line so finally my cousin had stopped him and we had spoke with him. He was so polite and very funny. He told us to call him; "Mister Sexy" and gave us some cards to look him up which I did and now he is artist of the day on my blog !! <3 Now I hope I can see him perform live sometime soon.

My cousin, Corrupted Oishii introduced me to her a while back on youtube, she and her best friend (I don't know if they're best friends now :x ) use to freestyle and they had a really had one I liked so the other day I went to look up on youtube (of course it was gone >< curse my luck) but I did stumble across something better. Big Ashley has a new song "Diamonds (A Girls BF) featuring Baby C. I L O V E it, if there was a repeat button on youtube I would have replayed that song until everyone knew that diamonds were a girls bf. If you've never heard of her I recommend you look her up ASAP. She's cute with rap skills. Check her out.
Well she is every where at my house. :] I love her. I have to show you what I got for Christmas, it's so fabulous, haha. My mother got me a Hello Kitty lamb and a Hello Kitty Gum Ball machine, it's so fierce. I <3 it longer than long time. :] Who wants a piece of gum?! GUM FOR EVERYONE ! Woot Woot. Hehe.
Tickle Me Pink, a rock band from Fort Collins, Colorado. They're currently signed with Wind-Up records. The band members include; Sean Kennedy (lead vocals, bass), Stefan Runstrom (drums), Joey Barba (guitar) and Steven Beck (guitar, vocals). I'm a new fan to this band but it only took one song for me to click with their sound. "Madeline" had me thinking about my life and the ones that I love and how important it is to make every second count and live life to the fullest. Speaking of living life to the fullest the bands originally bassist passed away due to a heroin overdose. It makes me proud to see bands from Colorado branch out, touch people with their lyrics and make a name for themselves. I hope to hear more from them soon in the major leagues because they have a great sound. I'd love to do their makeup and clothing for one of their music videos and a photo shoot.
Yes. . . I have a confession, I am a Nasty Gal. And if you're still lost like; "She's a slut?!". I mean the Nasty Gal, the online sensation where I buy fierce clothing and accessories. I am so impressed with their shipping too, I placed an order for some F I E R C E sunglasses a couple days before Christmas and got my stuff on Christmas Eve !! That's what you call service. :]]
Now some people might argue and say it's a bit on the expensive side, but it's good quality and will last you okay !! It's not like those stores you go to and your stuff is breaking within' the next 30 seconds. And they'll also make it worth your wild because not only do they sell new hot clothing etc. but they also sell vintage clothing that'll having you thinking; "Did I see that on an episode of Jem? Yupe. . . I did. It's truly outrageous."

It makes my skin crawl when I hear about gays and lesbians killing themselves because they're being ridiculed and teased for their sexuality. I don't understand why people are so hateful but I truly believe hate isn't born, it's taught because there is nothing wrong with being gay/lesbian. It's not like they're murders, sex offenders, they just like the same sex. And for all those people that say it's a sin against God, I know not every church goer follows the bible to a tee, some of the worst people I've ever met belong to a church, for example like the pastor's daughter, the preacher, the preachers wife, etc. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with church because I am a Christian but I KNOW God is not the hateful God he is made out to be. It does piss me off, how can a straight couple beat each other and bring each other down but a gay/lesbian couple who love each other take care of each other can't be together. . . hmm.. it's not right.
I first discovered her on myspace years ago, and had a couple of myspace comment conversations with her and not only is she talented but she is a sweet heart !! She sent me a CD with two of her songs and an autographed picture, I still have them actually, haha. I instantly started telling all my friends about her and have tried to get her songs played on the radio because I'm addicted to her songs. They're catchy, uplifting, and great to move to on the dance floor. But the one thing I love most about this artist is that she is truly humble and I wish her the best and hope she gets the exposure she deserves.

I started two new courses :D Yay! Haha. I'm looking forward to it because I want to have a successful career. I take my interns this year and it's getting down to the wire and I have to make sure my GPA is looking excellent. Wish me luck. I hope everyone makes all their dreams come true in 2011.
Kristen Faulconer, a singer, songwriter, from Colorado Springs, CO (my hometown) writes electro pop rock that reaches out to anyone who that has experienced joy, sorrow, and the struggles of life. I just found her on myspace yesterday and listened to a lot of her songs and "FUN" is stuck in my mind on repeat. The seductive beat and catchy lyrics will have you having fun all day and night. I am impressed with this solo artist because usually artist from CO are the plain. . . boring same ole same ole (not including 3OH!3) but this girl is a diamond in the ruff and with a little polishing she could take her career to the next level. I hope I can catch one of her gigs live this year. I'd even love to do her makeup for one of her shows or videos. <3 We'll see.

Black Veil Brides orginally known as Biersack, is an American rock band formed in 2006 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The group consist of Andrew Biersack ("Andy Six") (vocals), Ashley Purdy (bass, backing vocals), Jake Pitts (lead guitar), Jeremy Ferguson (guitar, violin) and Christian Coma (drums). They're currently signed with the record label StandBy Records. Black Veil Brides (BVB) first caught my eye when I came across a picture of Andy Sixx, with his black hair and piercing blue eyes I had to know more about this band with such a distinct look. After looking up some of their music on The Tube (Youtube) and the Spacer (Myspace) they had my vote. BVB lyrics left an impact on me even after the music stopped. I'm making this band artist of the day because these guys have what it takes to sky rocket, they just need some support and exposure. One day they'll get there and I can do the victory dance because I knew they could do it. <3

Natalia Kills is a British recording artist based in London and LA. She signed with Cherry Tree Records. And let me tell you, I have been a fan of hers for quite some time now. And if you don't recognize her as Natalia Kills maybe you'll remember her by the name Verbz. Ring any bells? I came across her music on myspace a couple of years ago and heard her catchy song "Swaggalicious" Her interesting lyrics caught my attention /How can you call it a lifestyle when you don't live your life in style?/ I fell in love instantly !! Then I came across her new song "Mirrors" which will have you chanting; "Sex, Love, Control, Vanity." I've made her artist of the day because no matter how many names she goes by she never fails to disappoint me. Let's hope we see more of her in the fresh new year of 2011.

I am really excited for their Spring collection Jeanius, that comes out March 3rd or 6th. But until then let me dress you up with my love. . . or should I say makeup.

Ai Uemura, a Japanese singer born in the US city of Los Angeles with a Japanese father and a mother who is half Japanese, half Italian. Ai was even in Janet Jackson's music video; "Go Deep". She signed with Def Jam Japan, their first female artist. Uemura-san has even done a song with Trey Songz, "Beautiful". Ai has a such a soulful voice that even if you don't speak Japanese you feel it deep within. I recommend her to anyone with a taste for beautiful music. And if you're a fan of classical music, she took Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" and it's an excellent slow song.
