6 More days...

WOO HOO!
It's almost time for Dir En Grey!
This week I am going to get my hair done and find an outfit.
Wish me luck because I haven't been able to find anything so far.

I can't believe my cousin and I get to see Dir En Grey up, close, and personal.
I'm going to have a heart attack! Okay...maybe I won't, I can't until after the show. :D

YAY FOR DIR EN GREY!!

Happy Birthday Michael Jackson

Ever since I was was a little girl, I admired the true master at work.
When I felt all was lost, I turned on his songs.
Though we never got a chance to meet, he was the father I also wanted.
When I heard he was gone I cried and lost a piece of myself but I had to get myself together so
I can help carry out his dream;
Make a change, love each other and the world.

I had to give him a special birthday shout out
even if he is no longer with us.
I will always adore his music and be amazed at his dancing skills.

My prays go out to his friends and family.

Long live the King.

I scream, you scream, we all scream...plastic?

Has anyone noticed that getting plastic surgery now a days is
like changing underwear?

To think we live in a world of illusions. Well not everyone is plastic but we're getting pretty damn close. :/

DIR EN GREY

I'm a fan of J-Rock, can't get enough of it but one of my favorite bands is Dir En Grey!
Seeing them live is even better than hearing a CD. I got the chance to see them last year
and good news...they're coming back again! On September 4th I get to see them rock out live
and here's the best part, my cousin and I have VIP! Let me repeat that, VIP!! We get to meet the band and
I am so excited. I can hardly control myself. Only bad thing is that I'm having a hard time finding an outfit.

Grr...I'll keep you posted if I find anything.

Did It For Love

I don't know if anyone else knows about BoA, the Korean-Japanese singer
but she is amazing with great dancing skills. Her video "Did It for Love" ft. Sean Garrett
has a Aaliyah, Michael & Janet Jackson feel to it.
I've been a fan of hers before she released her english album, BoA.

If you haven't heard, check her out.

Do it for love. :D

Homemade Facial Mask

You'd be surprised to find out how many things in your kitchen create the
best facial mask. Right now I'm rocking a Jell-O facial mask.
My face is stick as god knows what but it's worth it in the end when it takes off all that dirt.
Yuck.

I tried to smile in the picture but the mask is tight!! HAHAHA!

15 more minutes to go. When it's done, I'll peel it off and post a picture.

MY BRAND!

Haha! Whoever makes those certain commercials that just stick with you
need a big Barney hug! I love the 1-800-CONTACTS commercial.
It's too funny. It's just like the corny dramas I used to watch all the time. XD
Those people know what they're doing to suck you in and make you buy.

Her names Nicki little daddy & you?

A lot of people I talk to don't like Nicki Minaj supposedly because she's so
"plastic" but I like her and think she's beautiful. Plastic surgery is nothing nowadays.
Almost everyone gets something "fixed". I personally feel people should embrace themselves
but if they're happy I guess that's all that matters, right?

Nicki Minaj is also supposedly bisexual. I don't think it's fair that she gets judged and people
won't even consider listening to her music because of those two minor details.

If a lot of people only knew half of what goes on in the industry would they still like certain artist?

Think about it.

you'll say g.o.o.d love through out the day, hehe. :D

BEWARE OF GOLD DIGGERS.

You have to watch out for people who try to use you.
Especially in the Entertainment Industry.
You have to make sure your safe and legally guarded well.

Here's a video that might help you get the concept of what too look out for.

Thinspiration is NOT okay.

Thinspiration; refers to a role model used by people
(typically individuals with eating disorders) to inspire them to lose weight.
It's most common in the pro-ana community, but not confined to it.

If you've never heard of this go on youtube and you'd be surprised by how many young men and women
are turning this videos to loose weight in a dangerous manner.
We all know that in the world of music, fashion, or beauty in general is portrayed with skinny females.
And wether people tend to believe it or not racism towards heavier set people is a bigger issue than racism with color.
I recently watched a documentary on E! and a women stated; "I wether be known as the black bitch than the fat bitch."
It breaks my heart because I had a cousin named Celeste who was extremely over weight and she was ridiculed and teased by her fellow peers and her OWN family. She scheduled to get surgery to get thinner, got blood clots, and died.

There is nothing worse than getting picked on and judged by people who don't have a clue but it's even worse when the people who are suppose to love you ostracize you. The world is cruel and school can be even crueler. I know it's tough. I've been there.
People will always have something to say regardless because either your too big or too small. I've been accused of being anorexic. So you have to learn how to become comfortable in your own skin.

I want you to list 10 things you like about yourself and then write down what about your body defines you & your style.

Sew or Die!

Has anyone checked out the new season of "Project Runway"?
It is fierce and fabulous as usual but way more challenges.
For anyone that doesn't like the show or think it's just about stupid "sewing".
Hold your tongue and really think about it. These designers are sometimes given 5 hours to create a design
and some of them are pretty damn good! I would totally buy a piece from the show.
Plus, there is a designer from Colorado! Woo hoo! His name is Mondo and he's awkward but amazing.
But this time they have a lot of good designers. I wish all of them the best of luck this tough season cause as
Heidi says..."either your in or out."

Who's your favorite designer on the show?
