Thinspiration is NOT okay.

Thinspiration; refers to a role model used by people
(typically individuals with eating disorders) to inspire them to lose weight.
It's most common in the pro-ana community, but not confined to it.

If you've never heard of this go on youtube and you'd be surprised by how many young men and women
are turning this videos to loose weight in a dangerous manner.
We all know that in the world of music, fashion, or beauty in general is portrayed with skinny females.
And wether people tend to believe it or not racism towards heavier set people is a bigger issue than racism with color.
I recently watched a documentary on E! and a women stated; "I wether be known as the black bitch than the fat bitch."
It breaks my heart because I had a cousin named Celeste who was extremely over weight and she was ridiculed and teased by her fellow peers and her OWN family. She scheduled to get surgery to get thinner, got blood clots, and died.

There is nothing worse than getting picked on and judged by people who don't have a clue but it's even worse when the people who are suppose to love you ostracize you. The world is cruel and school can be even crueler. I know it's tough. I've been there.
People will always have something to say regardless because either your too big or too small. I've been accused of being anorexic. So you have to learn how to become comfortable in your own skin.

I want you to list 10 things you like about yourself and then write down what about your body defines you & your style.
